I am the Managing Partner at VJ Nathan  which I set up in 2001 because I wanted to build a practice that was true to my values. Business is about people which is why I always take the time to get to know your goals and needs. Integrity is at the heart of our work – it’s important to me to offer you clarity and honesty in all our dealings.

Areas of Expertise:

Whilst my preferred area of specialist expertise is Commercial Property, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal drafting, I also have extensive experience in Conveyancing, Litigation and Employment with significant direct experience of working across sectors and industry as an advisor, practitioner, litigator and trainer.

In the course of my profession, I have become accustomed to tackling and analysing even the most verbose and expansive documents, distilling the key arguments for and against courses of action. This includes having to engage, comprehend and communicate with people of varying degrees of understanding and seniority – some of which include clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, court staff and the Judiciary. 

I am well acquainted with intricacies of drafting highly complex documentation, outlining sensitive terms & conditions, such as acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreements, reports, witness statements, instructing experts for reports for complex matters.
